We're celebrating a project where past & present come together beautifully!

The original character home has been lovingly restored—preserving its historic charm while highlighting the craftsmanship and thoughtful details that make it truly special.

At the rear, two newly built homes bring a fresh, yet modern contrast, a clear distinction that lets the original home shine. Meanwhile, the standalone infill house bridges the two worlds, echoing the classic architectural style of the original so it feels right at home on the street.

In order to make the new layout work, the original home was carefully lifted, moving forward and centering it to the lot. Behind, we added two connecting units—turning the property into a triplex while keeping the charm of the original house.

In addition to the triplex, a standalone infill house was built on the property. Unlike a typical laneway house, this one was designed as a strata unit, meaning it can be owned and sold separately.

From renderings on the screen to completion, what used to be a single home became four family homes. Each one, now owned by a different family, creating a small but lively community.
