(TSX-V: AHR; OTCBB: AXREF) is a Vancouver-based mineral exploration and development company focused on discovering and developing British Columbia's (BC) next precious metals mine. With a solid working capital position, exploration activities are focused at its Newton gold discovery; the Galileo Project located within the Blackwater district; and its new Silver Vista Silver-Copper Project. All dri
ll targets from Newton, Galileo and Silver Vista will be prioritized shortly with drilling planned to commence on the target most likely to create significant value. Amarc holds a 100% interest in the Newton bulk-tonnage gold-silver property in south-central BC. In September 2012, a resource estimate for Newton was announced, confirming Newton is a significant bulk tonnage gold discovery, which remains open to expansion, within an 8 square kilometre mineralized system. Amarc owns a 100% interest in approximately 990 square kilometres of mineral claims over the highly prospective Galileo Project located to the west of New Gold’s Blackwater gold deposit. Extensive and on-going Induced Polarization (IP) ground geophysical and soil geochemical surveys have defined compelling gold-silver drill targets. The Silver Vista Project is located in west-central BC. Amarc holds 100% interest in the silver-copper property and has additionally staked approximately 710 square kilometres of mineral claims in the underexplored district. An aggressive exploration program is underway to define drill targets where historical drilling indicates the potential for an important new bulk tonnage silver-copper discovery.
