NGC Constructors is pleased to announce a long-term, beneficial, preconstruction/construction contract with 3H Properties’ “Foundry One”, located in Hamilton, ON!
NGC’s contractual agreement, affords NGC the opportunity to play a pivotal role in the preconstruction phase of the upcoming 7-story, 96-unit, purpose built affordable rental housing project, located at 405 Main St W. Morphing into the role of general contractor, NGC provides overall construction management and is responsible for the timely ex*****on and delivery of a turnkey product. The scope includes, the hiring of subcontractors, managing the construction schedule, overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring code compliance, project specifications and any such regulations. Additionally, NGC’s role is the primary point of contact between the owner and the various trades involved. Regardless of NGC’s involvement in the design phase, we take it upon ourselves to provide value engineering recommendations throughout the below grade, above garage, build. As GC, NGC is committed to seeing the project from vision, through to fruition, as cost effectively as possible.
This 3H private investment project is an inspiration of hope for those in need of affordable rental housing in Hamilton. NGC’s collaboration with 3H Properties is to address the housing crisis head-on and to make a meaningful difference in this community.
