SKY GOLD REPORTS ON PRIVATE PLACEMENT AND ANNOUNCES
COMMENCEMENT OF DRILLING ON THE EVENING STAR PROJECT, WALKER LANE TREND, NEVADA

April 15, 2026, Vancouver, BC, Canada – SKY GOLD CORP. (“Sky” or the “Company”) (TSX.V:SKYG) (US:SRKZF) announces the commencement of drilling by Titan Drilling of Elko, Nevada, at its Evening Star copper-gold project located in the Walker Lane mineral belt, Nevada.

Sky Gold also wishes to report that the non-brokered private placement of up to 30 million units at a price of $0.05 per Unit is filling rapidly with the placement set to close on April 21. Each unit is comprised of one common share and one transferable Share purchase warrant of the Company. Each Warrant will entitle the Subscriber to purchase one Warrant Share for a 36-month period after the Closing Date at an exercise price of $0.08 per share.

The drilling program at Evening Star has been designed to test multiple high-priority targets developed through integrated geological mapping, geochemistry, and geophysical interpretation.

PRIORITY PORPHYRY COPPER-GOLD SYSTEM ON THE EVENING STAR PROJECT,

ANNOUNCES FINANCING

April 7, 2026, Vancouver, BC, Canada – SKY GOLD CORP. (“Sky” or the “Company”) (TSX.V:SKYG)
(US:SRKZF) is excited to announce that it has retained Titan Drilling of Elko, Nevada, to commence an
anticipated 2,400 metre diamond drilling program at its Evening Star copper-gold project located in the
Walker Lane Trend, Nevada.

Drilling is expected to commence within the coming week, with mobilization currently underway.
The drilling program has been designed to test multiple high-priority targets developed through
integrated geological mapping, geochemistry, and geophysical interpretation.
The Company has finalized drill targets designed to test:

- The interpreted copper-gold core of the porphyry system at High Life
- Polymetallic zones associated with carbonate replacement mineralization (“CRD”)

Mike England, CEO of Sky Gold Corp., commented:
“The drill is being mobilized to site this week, and the proposed targets are large. We are very excited to
start drilling these porphyry and CRD targets.”
Recent fieldwork at the High Life target has identified strong alteration and gold mineralization
consistent with a copper-gold porphyry system (see News Release dated March 31 st , 2026), including
silicification, sericite alteration, quartz veining, and localized copper mineralization. See Figure 1. These
features are spatially associated with geophysical anomalies, including strong magnetic highs with coincident resistivity highs, supporting the interpretation of a robust porphyry system at depth.

In addition, polymetallic mineralization is observed in the southern portion of the property, where the
porphyry is in contact with the limestone host rocks, and is interpreted to represent carbonate
replacement-style mineralization linked to the High Life porphyry system.

(US:SRKZF) is excited to report results from recent fieldwork at the Evening Star Property, Nevada (the
“Property”), which further support the presence of a large, mineralized copper-gold porphyry system at
the High Life target, ahead of an upcoming ~2,400 metre drill program.

Fieldwork Highlights
Alteration mapping at High Life combined with previous geophysical survey results define a compelling case for a fertile porphyry system at High Life.

A potential CRD system was mapped and sampled southwest of High Life, where the granodiorite is in a faulted contact with limestone. The CRD target area aligns with an IP conductive high anomaly. Gold assay results include 1.87 g/t Au for a chip sample across a 3.0- meter-wide fault zone with secondary copper and massive sulphides that may represent the tip of a manto.

Multiple strong gold values from grabs and chip channel samples from along the periphery of
the High Life porphyry system.

Copper, silver, and multi-element results are pending for all samples. Drill pads and permits have been prepared for the upcoming approximate 2,400 diamond core drill program that will drill test the High Life porphyry system and CRD Hill.

(US:SRKZF) is pleased to report it has engaged Titan Drilling, based out of Spring Creek, Nevada, for an
upcoming drill program to test multiple targets at the High Life copper-gold porphyry system as well as
drill test the area of historic hole 70-1 (see Figure 1) to verify the CRD style and presence of skarn. Drill
hole permitting is in progress and the diamond core drilling program is expected to commence in early
April.

The Company’s geological team is on site mapping and sampling on the property and preparing the drill
sites for the upcoming drilling program.

this time backed with new geophysical data as well as recently uncovered coordinates from a wildcat

Sky Gold announces it has signed a definitive agreement with Gold X2 Mining Inc. (“Gold X2”) whereby Gold X2 will acquire, in stages, Sky Gold’s interest in an option agreement for the Star Lake claims. Pursuant to the Definitive Agreement, signed on January 9th, 2026, Gold X2 has the right to earn 50%, 75% and 100% of Sky Gold's interests in the Option Agreement

SKY GOLD CLOSES OVERSUBSCRIBED FINANCING

October 22, 2025, Vancouver, BC, Canada – SKY GOLD CORP. (“Sky” or the “Company”) (TSX.V:SKYG) (US:SRKZF) is pleased to announce that further to its press release dated October 9, 2025, the Company has closed the oversubscribed, non-brokered private placement. The Company issued 23,880,000 units (the "Units") at a price of $0.05 per Unit for aggregate gross proceeds of $1,194,000. Each Unit is comprised of one common share ("Share") and one half transferable common share purchase warrant of the Company ("Warrant"). September 15th, 2025, Vancouver, BC, Canada – SKY GOLD CORP. (“Sky’ or the “Company”) (TSX.V:SKYG) (US:SRKZF) is pleased to announce that it has secured a diamond drill rig for the upcoming drill program on its 100%-owned Evening Star property.

The Evening Star property is strategically located in the prolific Walker Lane high-grade gold district in Nevada. The focus of drilling will be the high-priority Tower Gold target, a northwest trending zone of high-grade gold veining that has never been drilled before (see PR dated Sept. 5, 2025).

Numerous historic mine adits and multiple gold and copper targets exist on the Evening Star property, including the Golden Bomber, which was previously permitted for drilling in 2021, with three drill pads. The Company will resubmit its application to the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) to renew the drill permit to test multiple gold zones there.

September 9th, 2025, Vancouver, BC, Canada – SKY GOLD CORP. (“Sky” or the “Company”) (TSX.V:SKYG) (US:SRKZF) is pleased to welcome Ms. Danae Voormeij to its Board of Directors and Mr. John Duncan to its Advisory Board.

Danae Voormeij is an exploration geologist with over twenty years of hands-on experience exploring for gold and copper in Africa, South Pacific and the Americas. She led the geological team that discovered a multi-million-ounce gold deposit at Dugbe, in Liberia, West Africa, for AIM-listed Hummingbird Resources, and she is a board member with Miata Metals.

Ms. Voormeij is a registered professional geoscientist with Engineers and Geoscientists British Columbia (EGBC) since 2007 and a Fellow of the Society of Economic Geologists (SEG).

John Duncan has an M.S. Degree in Economic Geology from the University of Arizona and nearly forty years’ experience in mineral exploration and mine geology. With expertise in precious and base metals and industrial minerals, Mr. Duncan has engaged in exploration throughout the Americas, from project generation and greenfields exploration to advanced development and mine work. He has long-term consulting relationships with Rio Tinto Borates and the KGHM Robinson Mine. Mr. Duncan resides in Nevada.
