The first thing Sara noticed wasn’t the city. It was the people.

From the moment she arrived, Sara was watching. The way the team welcomed every student. The way they organized every detail. The way they made everyone feel seen.

There was something different about them. They weren’t just instructors. They were leaders.

During the first activities, Sara didn’t just participate; she observed.
How they communicated. How they guided teams. How they created energy in the group.

And for the first time, she thought:

“I want to do this one day.”

At our Vancouver is Awesome! summer camp, something special happens.

Children arrive from different countries… within Vancouver and from across Canada. Sometimes shy… sometimes unsure…

But within days they are:

✨ laughing together
✨ solving challenges together
✨ supporting each other

Because when children feel safe and supported, they naturally begin to shine.
And friendships formed during adventures often become memories they never forget.
