The $450m (NZD) Symphony Centre is an urban regeneration project sited above what is soon to be New Zealand's busiest train station.

RCP is managing a multidisciplinary team of market-leading experts, to bring to life the 21-storey site which will be a mix of retail, residential and commercial space.

Alongside all the creative and commercial requirements, the team also had to balance the objectives set out in Council’s strategic plans for the Aotea precinct, mana whenua input and Green Star conditions.

We are excited to announce that RCP will open its first international office in Vancouver, Canada, next month. We are also delighted to announce that our current Wellington Office Manager, Bevan Judge, will be our first Director of our Canadian operations.
