BC Housing is now offering a Secondary Suite Incentive Program!

Homeowners who qualify can receive up to 50% of the cost of renovations up to $40,000. The program will help provide money to help homeowners create a new secondary suite on their property to be rented out for market value.

Here's how to qualify:

1. You must be the registered owner of the property

2. Be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident

3. Live in the property as your primary home

4. Combined gross annual income of less than $209,420 for the previous tax year.
