News Release:

Tinka Provides Initial Drill Results at Silvia Copper-Gold Project and Updates Exploration Progress at Ayawilca

Dr. Graham Carman, President and CEO of Tinka, stated: "The initial drilling at Silvia NW has intersected relatively narrow copper - gold zones so far, however the strong skarn alteration and coincidence of copper and gold is encouraging and suggests that a significant mineralizing source could be nearby. The footprint drill area tested was also restricted in size, being a small part of the overall target area at Silvia. Multiple copper-gold targets exist at Silvia NW covering several square kilometres, and the most prospective areas will be covered by a ground geophysical survey following cessation of the current wet season in May."

"At Ayawilca, good progress is being made with our active discussions with the local communities to extend our social licence at the project for an additional three years. Tinka has been working with these same communities for over 10 years, and our relationship remains strong. More details of a drilling program at Ayawilca, scheduled for early Q3 2026, will be forthcoming."

News Release:

Tinka Provides Update on Silvia Gold-Copper Project with Completion of Initial 1,400 Metre Drill Program

Dr. Graham Carman, President and CEO of Tinka, stated: "The first drill program at Silvia has been completed at Silvia NW Area A, one of three targets at the Silvia gold-copper property. Four holes were drilled to depths of between 250 metres and 450 metres targeting gold - copper mineralization sampled at surface. Copper mineralization appears to be relatively narrow but we are encouraged by the confirmation of its presence in the subsurface. There are multiple intervals of visible copper sulphides in some of the holes, and there appears to be a tendency for copper abundance to increase with depth, to be confirmed by assays. We are planning a ground geophysical program to follow-up this drilling once access allows after the wet season. The geophysical surveys are intended to highlight areas of greater sulphide concentrations both laterally removed from Area A and at depth, including at Areas A and B."

News Release:

Tinka Provides Exploration Update on Huwaymidan Gold Project in Saudi Arabia Including Completion of 3,400-Metre RC Drill Program

Dr. Graham Carman, President and CEO of Tinka, stated: "The exploration program at Huwaymidan is advancing very well, with encouraging surface results for gold and the completion of an initial 3,400 metre RC drill program within 6 months of acquiring an interest in the property, thanks to the support of our local partner and our consultants. Huwaymidan is located in a proven gold belt just 30 kilometres along trend of Maaden's Ar Rjum project (3.9 Moz gold) and we believe Huwaymidan has the potential to be a district-scale gold target. The aim of the reconnaissance drill program was to drill test the most obvious surface gold occurrences on a wide-spaced drilling grid. We look forward to receiving gold assays soon, so that the most promising areas for gold can be quickly followed up with additional work including more focused drilling."
"The exploration programs at Huwaymidan are fully-funded by our local Saudi partner until mid 2027. The main focus of Tinka's exploration remains our 100% owned Ayawilca zinc-silver project, and our early exploration stage Silvia gold-copper project in Peru."

News Release:

Tinka Provides an Update on Exploration Activities on Peru Projects and Corporate Update

Key highlights:

Drilling update at Silvia gold-copper project - Two diamond drill holes have now been completed at the Silvia project, testing beneath outcrops of high-grade gold-copper surface mineralization at "Area A", one of three priority targets in the Silvia NW area. Both holes were drilled from the same platform to a downhole depth of approximately 250 metres. Assay results are awaited. A third hole is in progress from a platform 100 metres north, to a planned downhole depth of 400 metres. A fourth hole is expected to commence during December for completion in January 2026.

Colquipucro silver project re-evaluation - The Company is carrying out a reassessment of the Colquipucro silver deposit, two kilometres from the Company's flagship Ayawilca zinc project and part of the same mineralized district. The most recent Mineral Resource was completed in 2016, with an estimated 14.3 million ounces (Indicated) and 13.2 million ounces (Inferred) in a potential open pit (using a silver price of US$24/oz). With silver currently at or near record highs (>US$60/oz), the Company believes this is the appropriate time for a reassessment of the project.

Dr. Graham Carman, President and CEO, stated: "We are excited by the progress made so far with the initial drill program at Silvia, testing beneath skarn and porphyry style gold-copper mineralization in surface outcrops. The first two holes are complete, and we eagerly await the assay results from the laboratory now expected early 2026. We wish to thank our local stakeholders for their enthusiastic assistance and hard work aiding the Company with the logistical requirements for this initial drill program."

"The Colquipucro silver deposit is somewhat of a forgotten asset within our portfolio. The last time the Company carried out drilling at Colquipucro was in 2015. With silver prices having more than trebled, and with our much-improved knowledge of the geology of the Ayawilca district as a result of multiple studies, this is the perfect time for a reassessment of this project. Planned work includes a reinterpretation of the geology of the deposit, and a review of the available metallurgy and silver recovery assumptions."

Gold-copper mineralization at Silvia:

Gold and copper mineralization is hosted by skarn which occurs in sporadic outcrops in the core of an isolated high-altitude valley. Mineralization at Area A occurs over a discontinuous area of approximately 400 metres by 200 metres with widespread scree cover (Figures 2 and 3). The gold-copper bearing skarn is the main target of this initial drill program. There are two styles of skarn depending on the host rock: (1) Endo-skarn which consists of potassic-altered intrusive rock (monzonite) overprinted by a mineral assemblage including green garnet, pyroxene with later vesuvianite, chlorite and carbonate; (2) Exo-skarn consists of limestone altered to a mineral assemblage including green garnet, pyroxene with later carbonate and chlorite. Sulphides occur with the later alteration dominated by chalcopyrite, pyrite, and sphalerite. Quartz veining is noted especially in the highly mineralized intrusive outcrops. Minor magnetite is also present. Outward from the skarn, limestone is altered to coarse-grained marble or to recrystallised limestone that has abundant veinlets of calcite. Scree and colluvium covers much of the surface of the valley floor and steep slopes at Area A, so the full extent of the skarn beyond the sporadic outcrop remains uncertain. The depth of the cover is believed to be up to a few metres thick.
