Our products are from three selected breweries; Saito Shuzo, CHOYA, DEWAZAKURA, KITAGAWAHONKE, YUCHO and IMAYO TSUKASA. We believe that our sake and plum wine are unique, popular, high quality, and they can be provided for any of you who are willing to enjoy sips of Japanese tradition in Canada. As a Japanese sake ambassador in Vancouver, Canada, we participate in Japanese festival and Sake events the year around.

We’re excited to share that Mariko (.gakko) will be returning to Vancouver this June to teach the WSET Level 2 in Sake course!

This level is often considered a favourite—offering a great balance of technical knowledge, diverse tastings, and practical topics ranging from sake service to regional styles.

Whether you work with sake, enjoy drinking it, or are simply looking to deepen your knowledge, this 3-day course is a fantastic way to build confidence (and maybe impress a few people at your next dinner party).
The course includes an exam at the end, and participants will be well prepared throughout the program.
