Altamira Gold continues to expand the footprint of the Maria Bonita mineral resource at the Cajueiro Project in Brazil.

Today’s results from step-out drill hole MBA037 returned:
🔹 130m @ 0.5 g/t gold
🔹 Including 40m @ 0.8 g/t gold

Importantly, the hole was drilled 110 metres outside the current NI 43-101 resource boundary and approximately 300 metres north of previously reported hole MBA036.

These latest results confirm that the Maria Bonita porphyry-hosted gold system remains open to the north, west and at depth, highlighting significant potential for future resource growth.

🔹 First occurrence of quartz veining and gold mineralization identified within tuffaceous wall rocks
🔹 Second wide mineralized intercept reported outside the current resource model
🔹 Additional drilling planned to test continuity and scale of the newly identified mineralized phase

--CEO Michael John Bennett commented:
“The latest two drill holes completed at Maria Bonita have exceeded our expectations and suggest the porphyry-hosted gold deposit remains open to the west and north.”

Altamira Gold expands the footprint at Maria Bonita

Today’s drill results confirm that the Maria Bonita porphyry system extends further west than previously known, highlighting additional upside potential within the Cajueiro District in Brazil.

Key results from scout hole MBA036 include:
🔹 70.6m @ 0.5 g/t gold from 277m to end of hole
🔹 Additional 19m @ 0.5 g/t gold from 239m
🔹 Strong quartz veining and stockwork mineralization consistent with the core of the Maria Bonita system
🔹 Mineralization remains open to the west

Importantly, the intercept sits approximately 100m below and west of the current Maria Bonita mineral resource, indicating preservation of an additional early-stage mineralized porphyry body outside the existing resource envelope.

CEO Mike Bennett commented that these results demonstrate continuity of the mineralized system and support further expansion drilling.

With multiple porphyry targets across the Cajueiro District, Altamira continues to demonstrate the scale potential of this emerging gold system.

Altamira Gold Strengthens Board of Directors with the Appointment of Renowned Macro Investor Tavi Costa

CEO Michael Bennett commented; “We are extremely pleased to welcome Tavi to the Board of Directors. Tavi’s wide experience in mining finance together with his deep knowledge of the capital markets, and his wide network of industry contacts and investors, will be invaluable to the Company as we continue to expand and advance the Cajueiro gold district in Brazil.”

Otavio (Tavi) Costa, newly appointed Director, added; “I’m pleased to be joining the board of Altamira Gold at a compelling stage for the business. The 43-101 Resource at Cajueiro1 anchors the current value, with significant upside across the broader Alta Floresta Gold Belt land package. Positioned in Brazil, the Company stands to benefit from the structural economic shift underway across Latin America. My goal is to be a value-add investor and director – helping the business across all fronts, from key capital decisions to unlocking the full potential of its existing resource base and its significant exploration upside.”

Altamira Gold reports encouraging new drill results from its Cajueiro District in Brazil, highlighting both a new discovery and resource expansion potential.

🔷 Initial scout drilling at the Guillermo target intersected 7m @ 4.2 g/t gold, including 0.9m @ 18.1 g/t gold
🔷 Mineralization in GLO-01 correlates with earlier trench results, supporting continuity
🔷 At Maria Bonita, drilling intersected 75m @ 0.3 g/t gold and 33.5m @ 0.4 g/t gold below the current pit shell
🔷 Results confirm mineralization remains open at depth, with strong potential for resource growth
🔷 Renowned porphyry expert Dr. Richard Sillitoe currently on site reviewing district-scale potential

These results reinforce the upside across the Cajueiro District, with both near-term resource expansion and a new discovery emerging.

Altamira Gold announced encouraging new drill results from the Central Resource Area at the Cajueiro Project in Brazil

🔹 The first five drillholes intersected high-grade gold, including up to 19 g/t gold at the Baldo block, confirming mineralization continues at depth.

🔹 Drilling also identified new parallel mineralized structures and shows potential to extend the resource beyond current NI 43-101 limits.

🔹 Scout drilling is underway at additional regional targets, with early gold intersections supporting the broader porphyry gold district potential.

More results are expected as drilling continues through 2026.

"We are very pleased to have Dick join us at a key stage for the Company. We have multiple gold prospects in a demonstrated porphyry district at Cajueiro.

His knowledge of mineralized porphyry and epithermal systems is unmatched, and his perspective will help us refine our targeting and advance the porphyry potential we are seeing across our Cajueiro District.

With two rigs currently drilling on site, we will continue follow-up drilling of the new discoveries and move ahead with expansion drilling at the Maria Bonita and Central gold deposits.”

🔹 Reconnaissance drilling at Morro Verde has outlined a new zone of gold mineralization in an altered quartz porphyry intrusive about 1.5 km north of the Central resource

🔹 MRV003 cut 8m @ 3.5 g/t gold from 176 m, including 1m @ 15.4 g/t gold

🔹 Host rocks and alteration are consistent with Maria Bonita and the recent work at Tavares Norte

🔹 This marks the first high-grade intercept in porphyritic rocks in the district and adds another point along a broader east–west trend

🔹 A second rig is now active on the main Central resource for stepout and infill drilling

“Mobilizing a second drill rig to the Cajueiro district marks a big step forward for the Company. With one rig currently drilling at Maria Bonita and the second moving to the Central resource and nearby porphyry targets, we will double our current drilling rate which is aimed at increasing the known resource base at the Maria Bonia and the Central resource areas, as well as testing several new district porphyry targets.

This approach allows us to build on the strong results at Maria Bonita, while aggressively testing the broader district potential.

We now know that at least one new gold porphyry centre exists in Tavares Norte, and we believe several other gold bearing porphyry centres could prove to be the sources of the alluvial gold worked historically from the streams within the 15 kilometre east-west corridor in the centre of the district.”

Altamira Gold has reported new assay results from initial reconnaissance drilling at the Tavares Norte target, part of the Cajueiro District in Brazil.

Highlights:
🔸 Initial drilling at Tavares Norte, located 5.5 km east of the Maria Bonita gold deposit, indicates the presence of a second mineralized porphyry body, geologically and geochemically similar to the porphyry that hosts the Maria Bonita resource.
🔸 Drill results from the two initial holes at Tavares Norte include broad zones of gold mineralization.
🔸 Further drilling will target the area to the east of drill hole TVN002, where the gold-in-soil anomaly is increasing in strength.
🔸 Altered and veined quartz porphyry rocks have also been logged in initial drilling at the nearby Morro Verde target, with assays pending.
🔸 Drilling continues at the Maria Bonita deposit, where recent holes are testing mineralization below and adjacent to the existing resource.

CEO Michael John Bennett commented that these early results confirm the presence of a second gold-mineralized porphyry body within the Cajueiro District and support the company’s geological model for a broader mineralized corridor.
