1) A locally incorporated company in the country of the project site.
2) Signed PPA (Power Purchase Agreement) and signed wastes supply contract for at least 20 to 30 years.
3) All required permits ( e.g. EPA : Environmental Protection Agency)
4) A Project Proposal Package which meets international professional standard, that includes :
a) An Executive Summary
b) A Business Plan
c) At least 5 years financial projections that includes :
i) Income & Expenditure Statements
ii) Capital Expenditure Statement that shows how the capital sought will be spent. iii) Cash Flow Statements
iv) Net income in US$ and in % of total income
v) Return on investment (ROI)
