Discovering Tomorrow's Copper Today Proudly part of Discovery Group, Kodiak Copper Corp.

focuses on its 100%-owned copper porphyry projects in Canada and the USA. The company’s most advanced asset is the MPD Copper-Gold Porphyry Project located in the Quesnel Terrane of south-central British Columbia, Canada. Chairman Chris Taylor (former President & CEO of Great Bear Resources, which was acquired by Kinross Gold for $1.8B in 2022) and President & CEO Claudia Tornquist (former GM at Rio Tinto and former VP of Business Development at Sandstorm Gold) bring deep industry expertise and a strong track record of value creation. By applying Great Bear’s successful approach to copper, we are unlocking the untapped copper potential of North America. Backed by a proven leadership team and AI-optimized exploration, Kodiak Copper is strategically positioned to support the world’s growing demand for copper.

Recognize opportunity.
Attract capital.
Build the right team.

Great exploration companies need leadership that can do all three.

Claudia Tornquist, M.Eng., MBA, Chief Executive Officer of Kodiak Copper, brings that combination.

An engineer by training with an MBA from INSEAD, Claudia built her career across major mining, investment and public-company leadership.

At Rio Tinto, her experience included business evaluation, strategy, M&A and business development.

At Sandstorm Gold, she served as Executive Vice President, Business Development, evaluating mining opportunities and helping structure investments.

As chair of Kennedy Diamonds' special committee, she led the company’s $176-million sale to Mountain Province Diamonds.

At Kodiak Copper Corp., she has helped guide the company’s transformation into a focused copper explorer. During her leadership, Kodiak and its team have:

▸ Advanced MPD to a seven-deposit initial mineral resource, reported in December 2025.
▸ Expanded and consolidated the MPD land position in British Columbia.
▸ Integrated AI-supported targeting with geological expertise to identify exploration opportunities.

For investors, that experience matters.

Advancing an exploration project takes financing, careful evaluation and sustained ex*****on. Claudia’s background spans each of those disciplines.

Engineer. Strategist. Capital allocator. Company builder.

That is the experience behind Claudia Tornquist’s leadership.

How do you recover copper and gold from the rock?
That’s the practical question behind Kodiak Copper’s next phase of metallurgical testing at our MPD project in British Columbia. 🐻

The program will test four composite samples representing all seven deposits in MPD’s mineral resource estimate. It will investigate how to refine the processing steps, optimize metal recoveries, particularly gold and better understand rock hardness and concentrate quality.

𝘞𝘩𝘺 𝘥𝘰𝘦𝘴 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘮𝘢𝘵𝘵𝘦𝘳?

As exploration continues, understanding how the mineralization responds to processing helps build the technical foundation for future economic studies.

Results are expected in Q1 2027, with an updated mineral resource estimate also planned for early 2027. This testing will provide additional information; it does not establish the project’s economic viability.

Two Arizona copper projects.
A proposed new company.
Several milestones completed.

Kodiak is moving forward with a transaction that would combine our Mohave project with Teck’s Copper Hill project in Kay Copper, a new US-focused copper exploration company.

Our September 21 update confirmed three steps forward: signed definitive agreements, an initial TSXV listing application, and a C$5.37 million subscription receipt financing. The financing proceeds remain in escrow until the required closing conditions are met.

“Filing the application to list Kay Copper’s shares with the TSXV is an important milestone on the path to creating this new company.” — Claudia Tornquist, President & CEO

What would this mean for Kodiak shareholders?

We would retain a stake in Mohave’s future through our expected 26.4% ownership of Kay Copper on an undiluted basis. This would give Kodiak exposure to exploration at both Arizona projects, while our core focus remains advancing the MPD copper-gold project in British Columbia.

The transaction remains subject to TSXV acceptance and other closing conditions; completion is not guaranteed.

Seven deposits.
All open to expansion.
A drill program focused on growth.

After seven years of district consolidation and more than 90,000 metres of drilling, Kodiak’s MPD copper-gold project in British Columbia reached a major milestone: an initial mineral resource estimate covering seven deposits, completed in December 2025.

The focus for 2026: testing how much further that resource can grow.

Our planned 16,500-metre drill program is targeting extensions to known deposits and testing prospective areas for new discoveries. All seven deposits remain open to expansion, meaning drilling has not yet defined their full extent.

For investors, the next step is seeing how new results build on that foundation. An updated resource estimate is planned for Q1 2027; the extent of any growth will depend on the results.

Watch CEO Claudia Tornquist explain how the work to date has brought MPD to this stage, and what we’re working to establish next.

Our bear has been busy exploring. 🐻
So has our team.

In September, we reported Ketchan’s strongest drill intersection to date and highlighted drilling to test how much further the deposit could extend.

This week, we shared more of that story.

Kodiak’s October 14 results extend Ketchan’s mineralized envelope at least 450 metres southeast beyond its previously defined 1.4-kilometre strike extent.

Both updates come from our first drill program at Ketchan, part of our MPD copper-gold project in British Columbia.

Hole AG-26-034 returned:
▸ 122.5 metres* grading 0.41% copper equivalent (CuEq)** (0.31% copper, 0.10 g/t gold and 1.70 g/t silver)
▸ Starting just 5.5 metres downhole

Reported in Kodiak’s October 14, 2026 news release.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗱𝗼𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗺𝗲𝗮𝗻 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗶𝗻𝘃𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘀?

September’s results helped fill gaps within Ketchan’s existing resource model. These latest results show near-surface mineralization extending beyond that footprint, supporting the potential to grow the deposit.

A geophysical anomaly continues another 550 metres beyond this drill collar. That ground remains untested, giving us a clear direction for further exploration.

Across MPD, all seven deposits remain open to expansion. Our planned 16,500-metre program is targeting resource growth and potential new discoveries, with an updated resource estimate planned for Q1 2027.

There’s more ground to test. And that’s where the work continues.

Kodiak’s first drill program at Ketchan has delivered the best intersection ever reported at the deposit.

Hole AG-26-019 returned 0.70% CuEq* over 283.5 metres, including 1.02% CuEq over 108 metres. The results are expected to contribute to resource growth at Ketchan, with further assays still to come.
