๐โผ๏ธ CALL FOR SUMMER VOLUNTEERS โผ๏ธ๐
RoboThink Northwest Toronto is seeking fun and enthusiastic VOLUNTEERS to assist in our CALEDON & KING CITY PROGRAMS! ๐ค๐โ๏ธ
We offer robotics and coding programs for children aged 5-13 years old. If you are a high school, college, or university student passionate about STEM and interested in working with kids, this would be a great opportunity for you!
1๏ธโฃ WHAT DO VOLUNTEERS DO?
- Help kids in the program with robot building
- Assist in organizing, set-up, clean-up, and packing away of classroom materials
- Assist the STEM Instructor with running activities and games in class
- Administrative tasks such as organizing curriculum binders and printouts
2๏ธโฃ THE IDEAL VOLUNTEER...
- Is energetic and passionate about working with children
- Has a high attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Has some experience with robotics and coding or is willing to learn
3๏ธโฃ VOLUNTEERING BENEFITS:
- Opportunity to mentor/tutor/coach kids in STEM through fun activities!

- Flexible schedule, no minimum hours required. Note that classes may take place on weekdays OR weekends!
