“The dilemma on a pristine AMG C63 with ultra low mileage is how to resolve and clean the secondary air ports within the cylinder head. Plan A remove the cylinder head to access the port and fill the holes, plan B remove the entire engine to do the same. Plan C is to remove the feed line and try to dissolve and clean the ports and the feed tube within the cylinder head.
This is what you need a cool head and resilience to achieve the desired results without breaking the bank. Took 3 hours to scrub and clean with an amazing German Carbon X cleaner from Bluechem plus using a custom-made wire shaped like a foot and a half long pick with a hook at the end to do the job. It went like scrub, spray poke holes spray again, scrub again and so forth for 3 hours. Check inspect with camera, perfect, money saved in the thousands, naturally the client is elated.
