Congratulations on your promotion Gail.
Gail Krueger’s journey with Manroland spans more than a decade, beginning in supply chain management and logistics before progressing to her current role as Director of Operations, Aftersales - with the responsibility for overseeing parts and servicing across the U.S. and Canada.
Reflecting on the opportunities and challenges of her new role, Gail cites Manroland’s culture of collaboration and mutual respect as the essence of success:

It's a philosophy mirrored in her strategy for customer relations, post-sale:

Gail emphasizes the importance of staying abreast of emerging technologies and services, pointing out that this too, is a collective effort:
“The integration of our newer team members is actually seamless. That’s the value of a vast, intergenerational knowledge base and the mentorship they receive from veterans with three decades of experience.”
Gail also notes the importance of Manroland Sheetfed’s superior products:
“Our sales division may facilitate the initial press purchase. But the acquisition of any further presses is often due to the dedication and excellence of our service team.”
