Clash Detection in Action.

During coordination, DNA Group identified a critical clash between the HVAC ductwork, louvre assembly, and structural slab before construction began.

Through BIM clash detection, we identified the conflict early and recommended lowering the ductwork to the underside of the slab, allowing the design team to confirm acceptable ceiling heights.

Resolving the issue virtually helped avoid field modifications, schedule delays, and unnecessary rework, protecting both the project timeline and budget.

That’s the value of proactive BIM coordination: solving problems before they reach site.
