Can't be much happier with the way this project is rolling along! Foundation is in, basement slab is poured and they're framing their way towards the second floor! Yesterday was day one of framing and they're already throwing joists up on the morning of day two! Love to see Caleb and his crew at B-Line Ventures pushing hard and getting those results! As we dive into Spring and another new custom build I'm reminded how lucky we are to live in the Okanagan. Not only are we blessed with gorgeous views and great weather, we also get to work along side the best people and of course our wonderful clients. The clients knocked it out of the park with their selections and our trades did what they do making this house another beauty in a long line of absolutely gorgeous homes by ADC Developments. We are so happy to be handing the keys over to the clients on Monday and can't wait to see their faces when they walk into this work of art! Against all odds we got this slab poured and ready for framing to start on Monday! Between our tight scheduling, labour shortage and the amount of work that had to be done, this was the culmination of some long days and a lot of sweat! It's so important for us to work as hard as necessary to keep our projects on schedule even if the Site Superintendent has to throw the pouch on and get in the hole! Get er done!

The look of fresh poured concrete never gets old! And neither does that view! Now we need to push hard to pour the basement slab and get this foundation back filled so the framing can start by mid month!
