A quick April Fools Day clarification from Blue Anvil.

We are not a general errand service. We do not deliver groceries, help with moves, or send someone to water your plants while you are out of town.

That is our sister company TLC Victoria. They are fast, flexible, and genuinely good at last-minute. Love them for it.

We are the other side of the family. The full-time employment side. Every tradesperson and apprentice placed through Blue Anvil is a Blue Anvil employee, with benefits, career support, and a real stake in performing. Someone who shows up because this is their career.

Last Tuesday, Abby from our QA team spent the day visiting client sites across the island, coffee in hand, scratch tickets for St. Patrick's Day, and a genuine interest in how everyone was doing.

She checked in with site supervisors. Talked to the tradespeople we'd placed. Made sure things were running well, and that if they weren't, she'd know before anyone had to pick up the phone.

That's not a special occasion at Blue Anvil. That's just how Abby operates.

The clients look forward to her visits. She looks forward to theirs. At some point it stops feeling like account management and starts feeling like something more like partnership, the real kind, not the kind companies put in their tagline.
