Waterfront In this house takes some pretty cold and heavy winds during the winter and sees sun all day long during summer. Now with the performance and protection of Thermal Corkshiekd over the Stucco sealing up all the stress cracks since it was built in the 60’s, small opennings around new windows and doors will no longer be an option for heat to escape through. Not to mention he’s now the freshest looking house between his neighbours. The application of cork not only seals up draughty spots from retrofit windows and hardie plank but it also preserves the wood from taking any more abuse from the elements! Filling in cracks, sealing up draughty old window trims and the foundation no longer exposed to the elements!
