Our Story
Since 2010, we have been the hub of development in downtown Langford. Collaborating with City Council, we develop and construct innovatively designed multi-family homes. Our look is inspired and fresh. Anything but the plain complexes of yesterday, we build homes people want to live in. Design Build Services understands that changing times means that affordable rental homes in the downtown core are highly desired by all people in the community.

Sustainability
Sustainability is one of our core values. Our innovative CLT process is sponsored by the Government of Canada as part of its Green Construction through Wood (GCWood) Program. This results in a reduced carbon footprint and lower environmental impact compared to typical construction. Wood-based buildings also positively impact people’s psychological and emotional well-being. Healthy people and healthy environments are important to us.
Revolutionizing Construction with CLT
Significantly lighter than concrete, Cross Laminated Timber is a multi-layer mass timber product spanning two directions with precision accuracy resulting in a secure, airtight building solution for any floor, wall, roof, or core. CLT has proven fire resistance, is safer and faster to construct, and provides excellent structural and seismic performance.
