Hamiota is nearly done, and it’s been one of those projects that reminds you why the details matter.

Nestled in Oak Bay, this fourplex was designed with accessibility at its core and the neighborhood in mind. Walkable to shops, close to the ocean, and built to feel like it belongs rather than stands out. That last part isn’t always easy to pull off, but when neighbors stop on their walk to say they’re glad it fits the street, you know you got it right.

Seeing it all come together at the finish line makes the whole process worth it.

Take a look at some of the details coming together at our latest project here on Deep Cove.

The windows run all the way up to the ceiling, and the ceiling detail flows right into the soffit. We're at framing stage right now, but the finishing stage is just around the corner and these details are really going to shine.

And yes, there's a sunken hot tub sitting flush with the patio level, so you can kick back, soak, and take in the ocean view.

Blending refined materials, clean contemporary design, and warm inviting spaces, this home delivers a luxurious yet highly livable take on West Coast living. Expansive glazing and carefully oriented interiors create a seamless connection between the home and the surrounding landscape.

The finish line is in sight at Cedar Point.
What you're seeing here is the result of incredible trades and partners who know how to execute. The stone in the kitchen mirrors the hearth of the fireplace perfectly, the texture and movement in the material aligned with a level of craft that doesn't happen by accident.

The wide plank white oak hardwood is down throughout, and the same oak carries up to the ceiling as a design detail that quietly elevates the entire space. This is the kind of work that only comes from people who take real pride in what they do.

Grateful for the team bringing Cedar Point to life.

The finish line is in sight at Cedar Point.

The finished surfaces are arriving all at once, and the effect is something special. In the kitchen, a beautiful stone texture mirrors the warmth of the fireplace, the movement in the material is carried through with real intention.

The hardwood is down throughout, wide plank white oak that feels as grounded as it looks. What makes it sing is the ceiling, where the same oak is reflected above, a design touch that ties the whole space together.

This is what it looks like when every detail is thought through from the ground up.

Cedar Point is nearing completion because Drew is one of our best.
This is the kind of property that reflects what Villamar does best. A beautiful waterfront location requires attention to detail both in the finishes and the bones of the build.

Drew and the team put a lot of care into the details at Cedar Point, and the ensuite is a perfect example. A motion-sensored kick light turns on automatically when you walk in the door, soft and inviting, giving you just enough light to move around comfortably without breaking the mood.

It's exactly that kind of thoughtfulness, built into every corner of a home, that makes working with Villamar feel like such a personal experience.
