CITY GATE.

One of the largest projects our company has underway. Located in the Langford area, Two 6 story condo buildings with 23 suites per floor.

Each suite includes one wall mounted head, however the outdoor units that pair to these heads are all on the roof of the building? That’s right! All suites from the 2nd floor through the 6th floor each have individual pipe runs going to the roof of city gate. Meaning 111 outdoor units on the roof (1st floor units go to the parkade)

But you might be asking, why are they up there? It was done to save space on the balcony for each suite, so renter’s can enjoy more room on their balcony.

We have made sufficient progress with city gate, but there’s still much to be done.
