A repeat client of ours bought her dream home in a picturesque private forest lot located in Central Saanich. One problem, the main bathroom was not the bathroom she had been dreaming of. We've been making some great progress on our addition/remodel project located in the Gorge-Admirals area. We definitely had to battle through some very wet and windy weather this winter, but all that hard work and perseverance has paid off. This 2 storey, 2 bedroom 2 bathroom addition will allow our clients and there children to enjoy this home for many years to come. Looking forward to seeing the interior finishes start rolling through so that we can turn the house back over to our fantastic clients this spring.

We had a fantastic time attending the 2025 BBB Serving Vancouver Island Torch Awards Gala this year. We had the honour of being named the winner for the General Contractor category for the second year in a row. We couldn't be more thankful and grateful to our clients who were not only happy to have worked with us on their projects, but felt that we deserved the recognition for our efforts. Huge thank you to the BBB VI for putting on the event, it's been a yearly highlight for us for the past 3 years that we have attended. Congratulations to all the other winners and finalists this year, it was amazing to see so many businesses that go the extra mile to ensure the highest level of client satisfaction. Hopefully we will have the privilege of attending again next year for a chance at a three-pete!

Thrilled and honoured to be a finalist for the 2025 VI Better Business Bureau Torch Awards. With this being the 3rd year in a row that we have been a finalist for this award (with us being the winners last year) we are starting to feel that we must be doing something right. Residential renovation company seeking dependable and motivated individuals to join our team. We specialize in high-quality home renovations, including kitchens, bathrooms, full-home remodels and additions.

Previous renovation experience is preferred, but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.

Ideal candidates will:

Be punctual, reliable, and professional

Have a strong attention to detail

Be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team

Possess good communication skills and a positive attitude

Have personal PPE

Job Duties May Include:

Demolition and site preparation

Foundation forming/concrete placing, framing, and siding

Flooring installation (tile, hardwood, laminate, etc.)

Trim/finishing carpentry work, as well as general carpentry

Cleaning and maintaining a safe, organized job site

Loading and unloading materials and tools

Following instructions from supervisors and working alongside skilled tradespeople

A 1917 character home has received a much needed accessibility renovation. What was once a very steep set of stairs located in the living room to access the loft on the third floor, is now a comfortable and BCBC code compliant set of stairs located in the kitchen. As accessibility needs is becoming one of the front runners for renovations taking place in older homes (especially homes that are in the 100 year age bracket), renovations such as this can make a big impact on how a home can be used by people with physical limitations as well as for an elderly demographic. We are happy to have been able to provide 2 sets of safe, comfortable stairs that compliment this character home.

We are happy to wrap up a beautiful kitchen renovation and remodel in the Saanich core. What was once a kitchen layout that had limited storage and working space has been transformed into a layout that has all the storage and countertop prep space you could ask for. Complete with floor to ceiling pantry cabinets, 3' x 6' island and quartz countertops and backsplash. Compliment this kitchen with a bathroom remodel, new flooring/trim/paint throughout the main floor, improved lighting layout as well as reworking of some of the interior walls for a more functional and flowing layout and you have a home that will be enjoyed for many years to come. It was an absolute pleasure working with our clients on this project and we are thrilled with the end result.

With the siding installed, we have continued with the progression of this project located in Oak Bay. The final coat of paint is set to be done this week on the exterior, and the interior is now ready for the first coat of paint as well. Walkways have been formed and are ready for concrete and we are now looking forward to moving inside and starting to install all the interior finishes.

We have been hard at work this spring at one of our current projects located in Oak Bay and have been making some great progress. What was once a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom 1950's house with a semi finished basement is in the process of becoming a 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom home with a full master suite complete with a walk-in closet and 4 piece ensuite bathroom. A full remodel of the basement will include a 3 piece bathroom, 2 bedrooms, a coffee/wet bar and a large living room with walkout access to the sunken patio. Add to all of this a fantastic workshop/gym flex space located in the lower floor of the 2 storey addition , as well as a 2nd storey deck with walkout access from the kitchen, master bedroom as well as the sun room and this home will have everything that you could ask for and more. Compliment all of this with energy upgrades such as a multi-zone heat pump, upgraded windows and doors as well as substantial insulation/HVAC upgrades to bring this beautiful character home up to the energy efficiency standards of today. We are excited to continue moving forward with this project over the summer and are looking forward to getting our clients back into this fantastic home.
