The Podium | Bringing the Structural to the Finish Line

Work is nearing completion at The Podium as our crews finish the final stages of parkwade wall construction alongside Farmer Construction Ltd.

Structural shotcrete is now being applied to the remaining wall sections, completing the below-grade phase of project construction. It's the final piece of a carefully sequenced process that began with pipe piles and shoring installation, and now concludes with the completed structural shotcrete walls.

Every phase has played an important role in the steady advancement of this new development.

Progress continues at the Hovey St. project as our crews advance the excavation support system alongside Erdem Excavating Ltd and Aryze

Work is progressing our project with Knappett Projects Inc. at 2558 Quadra St. site as our crew continues installing vertical pipe piles to support the excavation shoring along the adjacent building PL.

Each pile is drilled and installed with precision to reinforce the shoring system during project excavation. It's one of the first critical steps in building a safe and stable excavation from the ground up.

Great to see another project moving forward through careful planning, precision drilling, and teamwork.
