We would call this project a labour of love. Surely, there were moments when we wished we had more foresight. Particularly when working in the epicenter of downtown Montreal, with City limitations and circulation constraints - combine that with a neighbouring heritage home that was in major need of works, it’s a challenge that only select builders are willing to take on.

Elevators, dumbwaiters, greenhouses, suspended glass railing ramps, food preparation stations, sprinkler systems, refined refrigeration, futuristic recycling robots… this supermarket is set for life!

Working with the team invigorated the construction and renovation process. It’s a relationship based in mutual respect and one that we hope to continue with future ventures.

2023 provided us with polarizing types of jobs; custom & tailored verses rinse & repeat 😜. We like both, but we’re partial to the later.

The highly curated jobs came equipped with some very talented architects & designers that equally challenged and inspired us. The repeat clients (shout out to A&W) gave us confidence and continuity.

A big thank you to our admin staff, project managers and superintendents who reinforced Triad’s endeavours throughout 2023 and got many of our projects to the finish line.

Back to work after a much-needed construction holiday. Our business isn’t only about “building” - there’s so much behind the scenes too! We’re striving to improve the work life experience for our new recruits, of which there have been a few lately. As our team grows, we are working to better ourselves, our brand and our environment.

2022 you were volatile, but somehow we accomplished a lot. Rolling into 2023 we are completing more A&Ws, wrapping up our residential developments, enjoying a few small commercial jobs, and looking to build more industrial boxes. We’re excited to continue to share our progress.

It’s that “once in a lifetime” project that tested our patience, budget and timeline but I guess it’s to be expected when building such a monument!

The community that fills these pews has been good to us. We consider ourselves fortunate to have been entrusted with bringing this place of worship to fruition.

The concept of handing over the keys to our clients and providing a space that is completely ready for use is our definition of “turnkey construction”. This involves every last detail from hanging a shelf, to lighting up a sign – the finishing touches count. 🔑
