Whenever I travel outside the province and mention I live in Manitoba, I get asked about the cold weather. My standard response is that one gets used to it, that the kids get to play hockey outdoors, and besides, it’s always sunny.

With huge rate hikes in the near future, and the Manitoba Hydro incentive program ending spring of 2018 there is no better time to buy solar and eliminate rising electricity bills!

Manitoba Hydro wants annual rate hikes to rise 7.9 per cent until 2024.
