Sometimes you don’t realize how much potential a property has until you start clearing it!

What a transformation on this one!

We started by clearing out years of overgrown brush and vegetation, hauling away several loads of material to completely open up the property.

From there, we brought in several loads of fill, reshaped and graded the yard, and blended everything together to give the property a whole new look!

A brand-new concrete patio and walkway really brought the whole project together!

Big thanks to Dunbar landscaping for taking care of the concrete work.

Take a look at the before-and-after pictures. They speak for themselves!

Big transformation on this one!

This project included a new paver patio with built-in fire pit, concrete walkways and steps, fresh mulch around the house, along with extensive grading and reshaping of the backyard.

A lot of work went into getting everything tied together properly, but we’re really happy with how the finished product turned out.

Thanks again to the homeowners for trusting ProGrade Outdoor Services with their project, and a big thanks to Dunbar landscaping for the extra set of hands and assisted labour on this one!

All finished up on this one 👌

What started as a pretty unique set of old granite slabs turned into a full property upgrade.

These granite pieces originally came from an old bridge in New Brunswick, and no two pieces were exactly the same. Different lengths, widths, thicknesses and extremely heavy so getting everything fitted, levelled and looking right took a fair bit of time and patience.

Along with rebuilding the entrance, we also dug out a trench so Randall Enterprise & Plumbing could run a new sewer line, then regraded the entire yard to clean everything up and improve the overall layout.

Definitely one of the more unique projects we’ve worked on, and we’re really happy with how it turned out.

Sneak peek 👀

Still lots left to do on this project, but these new steps are starting to come together.

These aren’t your average step stones either — they’re old granite slabs that originally came from a bridge in New Brunswick. Every piece is a different shape, size and thickness, and they are extremely heavy, so getting everything fitted and set properly has been a bit of a puzzle.

A lot of work into this one already, but it’s going to be pretty unique when it’s finished.

Stay tuned for the finished result!
