Gorman Group Unveils Next Chapter In CEO Evolution
The Gorman Group is pleased to announce that Ashlee Cribb has been unanimously selected to join the company as Chief Executive Officer, effective April 1, 2026. In the months ahead, Ms. Cribb will work closely with current CEO Nick Arkle to ensure a strong alignment and continuity across the business, with Mr. Arkle remaining actively engaged on a number of strategic priorities. Ms. Cribb will assume full leadership of the role on July 1, 2026.
Ashlee steps into her new position with more than three decades of leadership experience across the forest products and manufacturing sectors, and has built a stellar reputation in the industry for running large, complex operations. Having worked across both family-owned businesses and publicly traded companies, Ashlee brings a balanced, practical perspective that fits seamlessly with the Gorman Group’s culture, operations and the Kelowna community.
The Gorman Group CEO evolution has been carefully structured to keep the business steady and moving forward. Nick will remain closely involved over the next three months to ensure a smooth handoff and will continue to play a key role as non-executive Chair of the Board, strengthening the company’s relationships with government and Indigenous partners and remaining a cornerstone of Gorman’s long-term success.
All of us at the Gorman Group look forward to welcoming Ashlee and this exciting new period.
