360 Land Surveying is growing, and we're looking for a Project Manager/Coordinator to help lead our construction survey operations and drive new business across the Lower Mainland.
This isn't just a technical role. You'll be at the intersection of survey coordination, client relationships, and business development — managing crews on MoTI-standard projects while helping shape which projects we win next.
What you'll do:
- Coordinate and lead survey crews across active construction sites
- Build and maintain relationships with clients across the Lower Mainland
- Oversee data collection and integration using AutoCAD Civil 3D, Trimble Business Center, and ArcGIS
- Bring forward new business opportunities and help grow our survey, BIM, and VDC service lines
- Mentor and develop the next generation of survey talent
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
- 10+ years in surveying, including 5+ in a management role
- Strong working knowledge of survey industry standards
- A professional designation (P.Eng., PMP, ASCT, or similar) is highly desirable
- Experience with 3D scanning, UAV/drone surveys, or LiDAR is an asset

Compensation:
- $110,000–$135,000/year, plus annual performance bonus tied to business development success.
