Job Title: Licensed Plumber

Purpose: We are looking for a licensed plumber to operate a service truck for us, here at McNichols Trades Group Ltd. This person would be responsible for providing plumbing service repairs in the professional and timely manner that we have become known for.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Installs and maintains water treatment systems including, but not limited to, sediment filters, UV treatment, water softeners, iron filters, and Reverse Osmosis systems
• Diagnoses and repairs issues with water supply lines (copper, pex, etc.) and/or drainage, waste and vent lines
• Installs and repairs plumbing fixtures including toilets, faucets, shower/tub valves, hot water heaters, pressure tanks, etc.
• Diagnoses and repairs problems with sewage pumps, effluent pumps, water pumps, circulator pumps, etc.
• Has the ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, manufacturer specification sheets, etc.
• Perform general trade support and other duties as required

Qualifications and Skills:
• Valid G driver’s license
• 306A Plumber certification
• Ability to work independently
• Strong time-management skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Working Conditions:
• Employees are required to be present during regular business hours
• Our hours are as follows:
Monday – 7:00am-5:00pm
Tuesday – 7:00am-5:00pm
Wednesday – 7:00am-5:00pm
Thursday – 7:00am-5:00pm
Friday – 7:00am-1:30pm
• This employment opportunity includes working indoors an outdoors; some days are extremely hot or extremely cold
• There is some heavy lifting involved in this position
