Ideal Engineering Inc has also provided our many clients with construction management for large and small projects. We were able to save one client $400,000 by looking very closely at the problem and redesigning the structure to ensure it was better than original.

Ideal Engineering supplied the material and technical expertise to complete the construction project ahead of schedule and far, below the original budget price.
Ideal Engineering completed the design calculations, created construction drawings, submitted detailed reports and technical documents to the planning commission to ensure every aspect of the project was approved before commencing the structural changes and supplying the labour and supervision to complete the project successfully on time, on budget , and on target.

Ideal Engineering Inc. has completed site inspections, conducted field tests on fire protection and sprinkler piping systems and made recommendations on how to proceed for our clients. Also we have written technical reports and prioritized an action plan and made recommendations on how to proceed for our clients.

This has included creating budget estimates, setting scope of work, writing technical specifications as well as drawings for specification packages. We have also written documents and advertisements for expression of interest and tender documents. Subsequently we have reviewed the submissions from contractors and held bid evaluation meetings to ensure the entire scope of work is fully understood by the bidders and recommend a successful winner for contracts. Ideal has also conducted the contract administration , testing , and commissioning for these projects.
