Whew! It’s been a busy week for us here at JML…65 years ago it was also a busy week for our namesake; Jerry Mainil. On June 1st 1961, Jerry incorporated his growing business and later that week wed the love of his life, Orlanda.
Fast forward to 2026, our crew was busy this week setting up at the Sask Oil & Gas show, doing radio interviews, accepting an award for Friends of the Show, leading school tours for students learning about the energy sector, serving up smokies and smiles- and of course all while continuing to provide services in the field.
Thank you to everyone who stopped by our booth and grabbed lunch, talked shop and the state of the industry, reminisced about the past, the school tours who came by and asked about a career with us or in the trades (the future is bright for those pursuing a career in the industry) and to all those who just stopped in to say hello! We truly enjoyed talking to you all.
