Services offered from our SE Saskatchewan base include any and all field service callouts, spooling/banding, capillary line, cable splicing and customer owned inventory storage/management/utilization. We also build and supply our clients ready to run VSD Skids, prepared to drop on site, plug in and produce. Often assembled from 100% client owned components, or in combination with our selection of available inspected, tested and warranted drives and transformers. Consider trying our transformer "Core Exchange" program, where we bring out a replacement transformer and exchange it for your leaker. Extremely cost effective with minimized lost production, along with environmental compliance. A rapidly developing area of interest is our "Wellsite Prevention Maintenance Program", ensuring efficient application of the ESP to the assigned well. We provide this service semi-annually and the evidence supports our claim to extending run life, reduced power consumption and the ability to line up owned components for the next producing application and eliminate substantial capital cost thru inventory utilization. Our fleet consists of two modern full service spool trucks with equipment trailers, 1 capillary line services spool trailer, a portable and fully enclosed splice trailer, 1 tandem axle boom truck with 5,000 kg knuckle boom picker and 6 meter deck as well as four Technician driven fully tooled and equipped service trucks. Our service facility is 5,000 sq ft, conveniently located on Highway 13 West Weyburn. Complete with full cable services from splice, measurement, repair and Hy-Pot testing - eliminating the need to ever ship a cable reel out of province again. Full VSD testing area with capability to load test against actual operating demands, not just generated thermal load. Full ESP step up transformer services from inspecting, testing, repair and replacement. Sizes ranging from 85 kVA to 520 kVA.
