As we wrap up the year, our team at Souris Valley Industries will be taking a short break to spend time with family and friends.

As we approach the winter season, the team has been making steady progress out at Westerra.

This phase includes installing our SVI precast storm manholes, sanitary manholes, and T-Riser manholes, along with a 2134×2134 mm and a 3352×3352 mm box manhole, all tied into large-diameter RCP.

Even with colder weather rolling in, the on-site crews have been keeping the work moving smoothly, from deep excavation to accurate pipe alignment and safe placement.

Always great to see SVI products going into the ground and supporting another major development in Regina.

As part of the Al Ritchie Drainage Improvement Project, SVI supplied and crews installed two major precast structures:
11’ × 10’ Diversion Chamber
12’ × 12’ Oil & Grit Separator (OGS)

💧 The OGS provides critical water quality treatment by capturing sediment and oils before stormwater reaches Wascana Lake. Together with the diversion chamber, these structures integrate into the City’s new storm trunk system designed to relieve flooding and protect the Al Ritchie neighborhood.

⚙️ This project demonstrates how precast design speeds installation, reduces risks in deep excavations, and delivers long-term performance municipalities can count on.

We’re proud to have played a part in the Crooked Hill Creek Crossing project, where 10' x 8' precast box culverts were supplied to replace a washed-out crossing and restore the roadway for the RM of Keys.

From the plant to the project site, every piece of precast represents a team effort toward building stronger, longer-lasting infrastructure across Saskatchewan.

🚧 We had the opportunity to be part of an exciting project at The Willows Golf Club in Saskatoon. Our team supplied a 3000mm x 2400mm precast box culvert for a new cart tunnel as part of their Phase 3 expansion. ⛳️

Seeing these pieces move from production to installation is always rewarding. The crew from ASL Paving did an excellent job installing everything quickly and neatly. 👏

Precast really proves its value on jobs like this. It’s fast to install, built to last, and keeps the site clean and efficient, exactly what you want when timing and precision matter. 📐⏳

🏌️‍♂️Rain or shine, nothing could stop the SVI team from enjoying our annual Staff Golf Tournament! The weather may have been a little grey, but the laughs, great food, and even better company made it a day to remember.🙌
