Requirements:
• Proficient in Acorn Piping/Spool Fab, MS Word and Excel.
• Excellent time management and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
• Valid Driver’s License required for employment.

Experience in These Areas Is an Asset:
• QA/QC Implementation: Ensure compliance with requirements at the shop and job site.
• Material Receiving Process: Verify materials align with standards, drawings, and specs.
• Weld and NDE Mapping: Keep a sharp eye on visual inspections.
• NDE Report Management: Trace radiographic film and NDE reports.
• Welder Certification Oversight: Manage our skilled welders.
• QC Turnover Manual: Organize project files for smooth client handover.
• X-Ray Requests and Hydrotesting: Dive into the details.
• NCR Control: Identify and correct non-conformities.
• QC Audits: Ensure adherence to QA/QC standards.

Wrapping up another pipeline project!

Our crews have been busy with the cleanup of this pipeline right-of-way, including grading, debris removal and site restoration.

There's more to pipeline construction than getting the pipe in the ground. Cleanup is an important part of the job, and our crews are working through the final stages of this project.

Complete Projects Ltd. is looking for an experienced Journeyman Pipefitter Supervisor to join our team.

Qualifications & Experience:
• Journeyman Pipefitter certification
• Minimum 3 years of experience
• Previous experience in facility construction
• Strong ability to read and fully understand isometric (ISO) drawings
• Ability to read and interpret SpoolFab, Navisworks models, and P&IDs
• Experience supervising crews and coordinating daily work
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to plan work and ensure projects meet quality and safety requirements

Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate crews
• Ensure work is completed according to drawings and project specifications
• Monitor workmanship, productivity, and job progress
• Coordinate with project management and other trades

Complete Projects Ltd. is looking for an experienced individual to join our fabrication shop in Whitecourt, AB.

We're looking for someone with a strong background in pipeline and facility construction, hands-on industry experience, and a willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.

Responsibilities:
• Coordinate daily shop activities and fabrication work.
• Perform and oversee threading, hydrotesting, and other shop operations.
• Assist with planning and prioritizing shop projects.
• Ensure work meets quality and safety requirements.
• Coordinate materials, equipment, and shop personnel.

Qualifications & Skills:
• Experience in pipeline and facility construction.
• Knowledge of threading, hydrotesting, and fabrication processes.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Previous supervisory experience is not required.
