Using a BISON 100-ton press to replace a broken link on a Transmin conveyor belt. A D9 track link failed, causing the belt to slip under the rollers and resulting in significant collateral damage. The damaged section was located at the bottom of the ship’s hold, bringing operations to a complete stop.

Due to the confined space and limited access, no alternative press could be used. All press components had to be transported and assembled by hand on site.

This video demonstrates the real-world benefit of using a Bison track pin press for heavy equipment repair in extreme conditions.
