This is a recent job completion. Attic insulation upgrade. Went from R20 to R60. Right now there is still a rebate of $2500 if you get energy assessment done. This is a good way to reduce your bills. Pair this with a complete exterior retrofit and you'll cut your bills in half!

Here is another project we completed this year. A small 6plex which was about 4000sq ft. We did a complete energy retrofit with 4" foam. What do you think if it?

The truck was thirsty this morning.. Its not going to be a great winter for the families down in I heard of $2000/mth Atco bills.. I'm sure we will all hear some shocking numbers this year..

Out with the old, in with the new! There are only a few tile roofs left in town, Dominion have tackled several of these roofs now. These tile roofs have lasted 60+years with the harsh Yukon winters. Which do you prefer!?

Most builders in town know the wood we receive isn't the best... however this is a new one for me! I think I'll make a small drink table out of this one at my place 🙃😆

If you live in Whistlebend I would highly recommend looking in your crawlspace for movement. Being built on 12ft of sand, the ground in Whistlebend isn't the best and is prone to movement. This has settled 6"-8" and is clearly a structural hazard.
