A great day on the course. An even greater impact off it.
Teamwork extends beyond our facility walls.

The NextStar Energy Charity Classic brought staff together for a day of connection, collaboration, and friendly competition, strengthening relationships while making a positive impact in our community.

Thanks to the incredible generosity of everyone involved, we are proud to share that $12,000 was raised in support of the Windsor-Essex Children's Aid Society and the important work they do throughout our community.

Another Town Hall in the books!
One of the highlights was our Amped Up Challenge, which brings safety, quality, and process to life through hands-on teamwork and a little friendly competition.

This month's challenge was the Mixing Challenge, where teams geared up in PPE and worked together to blend materials and match our signature NextStar purple as closely as possible. Congratulations to our winning team!

A great reminder that learning, collaboration, and continuous improvement can be both meaningful and fun.

This week, we onboarded our largest co-op cohort yet, welcoming 41 students to TeamNSE!

The week was filled with onboarding, connection, and some fun team-building activities, including a scavenger hunt where teams had to decode messages, solve riddles, and put their health & safety knowledge to the test.

We’re proud to welcome students from the University of Windsor, University of Waterloo, Dalhousie University and Toronto Metropolitan University.

We’re excited to support the next generation of talent and look forward to seeing what this group accomplishes during their time with us.
