🤫 The Hidden Suite Transformation

When we first walked into this 19-unit appartment building, one thing stood out immediately — an oversized laundry room taking up valuable square footage that wasn’t being used to its full potential.

This project was all about seeing the hidden potential within the existing footprint of the building. Reworking the laundry area, while adding a modern 20th unit.

What was once a large, inefficient laundry room is now a fully functional Batchelor unit, paired with a redesigned shared laundry space.
