A big exterior renovation almost complete. Just need some warmer weather to caulk the siding and install eavestrough. 6 pallets of fusion stone installed around the icf walls of the house and garage with siding up from there. Added 2 new windows, replaced 5 others and all new doors. Fixed the rot on the old wood fascia and installed new aluminum soffit and fascia. Topped it off with all new lighting and exterior plugs. Thanks to and for the material and awesome service.

This full basement renovation is complete, 1 week ahead of schedule! Thanks to all our trades that helped us on this one. .elec Pembina valley plumbing, and Gp finishing.

Today we put the finishing touches on this house we started in winter. It was nice enough now that could get the roof done and we could finish soffit, fascia, and siding on the roof. All new got installed. Found out there was two layers of siding. There was lots of stucco and brick removal which we found plenty of surprises behind. Some new framing had to be put in. We then installed all new soffit,fascia, and siding. .eavestroughing will be there shortly to finish it completely. Swipe for the transition and the surprises.

A very fun backyard transformation. We took care of all the concrete work and finished it off with a water tight deck with lots of storage underneath.

Got a good start on this job for .design.collective. Removed all the old vinyl siding and working on the install of new hardie siding. Garage doors changed from 9x7 to 10x8 and all the exterior doors were replaced.

We got a deck and a fence wrapped up recently. It has been to long since we got to tackle decks and fences!

Well this was a renovation that just got better and better the more we opened up. We removed a bedroom ceiling in order to raise it up with it only being a 6.5 foot ceiling height, we found that the rafters were just 2x4 spliced together with no bracing. So after adding that we finally framed the ceiling back in, but after taking off some more drywall we realized a load bearing wall didn’t have any full length studs and was also spliced in. This continued for a while seeing we found 6 layers of flooring in the 2 bedrooms. it is now ready for taping. Oh I also fell through the floor where they had “patched” it, so got that fixed up as well….
