TLX30: 240+ tons/hour
TLX36: 300+ tons/hour
TLX42: 400+ tons/hour, with some up to 500 TPH depending on setup and conditions.

While others are still warming up, adjusting, checking, and hoping their belt is behaving, the TLX is already doing what it came to do: move serious volume with confidence.

And it is not just about speed. The TLX delivers high-capacity unloading, efficient truck-to-rail or rail-to-truck transfer, strong build quality, easier operation, and less time lost babysitting the machine.

Equipped also with flip-up wings/lids for easier cleanout and safer belt access. With one button, operators can open the lids, blow out remaining product, and access the internals without handling heavy covers.

For operations wanting cleaner, quieter, lower-emission performance, Schnell also offers an electric transloader option.
