3 million btu boiler heat exchanger swap. Spent the time and took apart the old failed one and found rubber debris lodged in the tubes. Traced the piping back and found the culprit… a butterfly valve has failed and is sending debris through the system. We will be swapping out this valve to prevent this new one from failing too!
