Last week Mackow Industries had Safe Work on Wheels (SWOW) on site presenting safety demonstrations. We met Rescue Randy, the doll who showed us how to properly use a fall arrest system. We were introduced to various lock out systems; saw a proper lifting demonstration by a robot and witnessed a nail gun shoot a nail into a pair of safety glasses.
Thank you to Glen and Natalie from Safe Work Manitoba for the expert advice and information about how to be safer in our work.
