I have decided to restructure AXIS. Six weeks from now, AXIS will look very different. I believe this shift will leave a hole in the industry in this area, because for 20 years, AXIS has been something special. But what AXIS has been for two decades is no longer who we are.
I thought about using AI to craft a polished, professional, perfectly worded announcement. But that’s not how I want to do this. I would rather face each of you — clients, suppliers, friends, and industry colleagues — and say “thank you” in my voice. To thank you for the impact you’ve had on me personally
Let me be clear: AXIS is not closing. It is not bankrupt. It is not gone. But it is going to pivot. To all of our clients, I will be in touch with each of you individually over the next few weeks to ensure you have a seamless transition.
There’s a saying that “insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results”. It’s time to do something different.

I have decided to restructure AXIS. Six weeks from now, AXIS will look very different. I believe this shift will leave a hole in the industry in this area, because for 30 years, AXIS has been something special. But what AXIS has been for three decades is no longer what it was created for.

I thought about using AI to craft a polished, professional, perfectly worded announcement. But that’s not how I want to do this.
