At Normandeau Roofing & Sheet Metal, we know a thing or two about working under pressure, staying sharp, and always having each other’s backs high up on the roof. But this weekend? We traded our tool belts for paintball markers and swapped the rooftops for the battlefields at Paintball Paradise!

Strong teamwork is the foundation of every quality roof we build, and what better way to test our strategy, communication, and agility than dodging splatters of bright paint at high speeds? From epic tactical maneuvers to some very questionable stealth attempts, the competitive spirit was off the charts.

Turns out, the same precision, trust, and focus our team brings to sheet metal fabrication and heavy-duty roofing translates pretty well into taking cover and calling out targets. There were plenty of battle scars (read: colorful bruises), endless laughs, and a few friendly rivalries reignited, but we walked off the field tighter than ever.

A huge shoutout to the amazing crew at Paintball Paradise for hosting an unforgettable team-building day!

We’re back on the job site now, fully recharged, slightly sore, and ready to tackle your next project with that exact same team energy and focus.
