Here’s an update on the custom bathroom we shared earlier. The major tile work is now complete, and the space is starting to show the level of detailing we aim for on our higher-end renovation projects.

This bathroom features:

• Large-format porcelain tile throughout
• Full floor, wall, and ceiling tile installation
• Custom-tiled shower bench and inset niche with brass trim
• Coordinated brass hardware and future fixtures
• Waterproofed and sloped shower base with mosaic floor tile
• Custom glass enclosure installed specifically for steam-shower use
• Precision tile symmetry and aligned transitions throughout

Because this is a steam shower, the enclosure is fully sealed with floor-to-ceiling glass to ensure proper moisture control, heat retention, and system performance.

Still to come:

• Custom vanity and countertops
• High-end plumbing fixtures and accessories
• Final electrical and mirror installation
• Trim, and overall finishings

As we move into the final stages, the room is beginning to show the clean, cohesive look we design for—materials tying into each other, surfaces aligned, and all mechanical trades coordinated to support the final aesthetic.

We’ll share another update once the vanity, fixtures, and finishing details are complete.

Here’s a look at one of our current basement projects in Prairie Pointe. The space is now entering the finishing phase, with several custom components already in place.

This development includes:
• An insulated subfloor system for comfort, warmth, and long-term performance
• Full soundproofing and perimeter insulation
• A custom dry bar with built-in cabinetry, integrated storage, and upcoming wine racks
• A fully tiled bathroom with a walk-in shower and custom vanity
• Coordinated lighting throughout, including zoned pot lights
• Custom entertainment cabinetry sized to the room for a clean, integrated layout
• A concealed Murphy-style bookcase door (in progress) for hidden storage access

Still to come: countertops, shower glass, plumbing fixtures, and the final trim and hardware package.

Our approach focuses on early coordination, experienced trades, and detailed finishing so the entire space feels cohesive and well-planned once complete.

This custom basement in Sage Creek was completed last year and reflects a thoughtful, detail-driven approach to interior construction.

The space features high-end carpeting throughout, a fully insulated subfloor, and comprehensive sound insulation for comfort and noise control. All baseboards, door casings, and interior doors were finished in hardwood, custom stained and lacquered to provide a durable, cohesive finish that elevates the overall space. Lighting was carefully coordinated using fully dimmable LED fixtures to suit both everyday living and entertaining.

A significant design feature of the space is the custom cabinetry, including a wall-to-wall entertainment unit with integrated storage, soft-close pull-out drawers, and European cabinetry hardware. This is complemented by a custom dry bar with built-in refrigeration and wine storage on both sides.

An 80” built-in electric fireplace anchors the main living area, finished with wood and tile paneling that extends above the cabinetry and ties seamlessly into the adjacent TV wall.

The bathroom was designed as a fully finished, spa-style space with a fully tiled floor, in-floor heating, oversized walk-in shower with bench and wall niche, custom glass enclosure, and Baril Pro fixtures throughout.

This project highlights our focus on clean detailing, durable materials, and functional design—built to feel finished, cohesive, and comfortable.
