We deal with many customers who operate businesses and have fire inspections conducted at their properties. Remember to always ask for proof as to who is seeking access to your business. If you’re unsure don’t hesitate to call your local fire inspector to confirm.

NOTICE TO BUSINESSES RE SCAM:

It has come to our attention that some businesses have received calls from someone advising they are from the Office of the Fire Marshall, wanting to do a fire inspection. This is a SCAM to gain access to businesses. The Office of the Fire Marshall is NOT calling businesses. The majority of inspections are done by our own municipal units during regular hours. Should you receive a call:

✅ Verify any inspection request with your municipality
✅ Always check ID before granting access
✅ Call RCMP to report

Our duct cleaning services typically takes 3 to 4 hours, the exact duration can vary based on the size of your home or how dirty your system is.

Is the duct cleaning process noisy?

Most of the noise will be at the unit itself however our technicians will be in each room vacuuming the vents. Therefore, can be noisy in that specific room during that time.

For those of you that work from home, we suggest you push any important meetings/calls to prevent the off chance of noise interference since our technicians would be brushing the register where your home office would be.
