Here's a quick video of our pipe rotator working on a batch of parts for plow fleet maintenance. We can handle up to 8in schedule 40 pipe on the rotator and can cut profiles in square & rectangular tubing as well. It's been a great addition to the shop, letting us design any coping, branching or intersection arrangement needed without the need for hand grinding and inconsistent fitups.

Weld it, cut it & pull it.

Easiest way to deal this thumb mount, cylinder eye welded up and bored in shop, quick oversize on the thumb brackets and pulled new bushings in. Factory pin and bushings spec for easy future part sourcing.

Breakup season is coming up, let us know if we can help on any scheduled down time repairs!

Late last week we finally buttoned up a pile of snow-gear repairs. Fresh sills burned in from the previous Bee Gees episode.

All linkages and pin mounts on a grader one way cut, bored, and machined back to spec with new pins.

New wear kit installed on a front end bucket.

We stock many different kits for small-large size buckets, can ship as a flat pattern for your own shop to weld or we can install on the road or in the shop. Also have many patterns for plow links and pins, machined to spec.

Should keep everyone going for a little bit. If something in your fleet is getting a little too ‘character-built,’ we can straighten it out for you. Give us a shout!
