IMM 2026 Poland is coming up quickly!!!
Innocenti has been on the road for 5 years now, has covered 1000s of miles, it is definitely not a 'Trailer Queen'
Thought I'd take head off for a refresh.
All in great condition. Spring poundage correct, valve seats good. Only problem was a frayed throttle cable.
Looking forward to a 15 day, 2800 ml, 8 country tour.
New speakers fitted to battle with the Straight Cut box!

First Mighty Minis meeting for Michael Barber
Having never driven the car or the circuit before it was in at the deep end.
Qualifying a great P4 and finishing an impressive P3 in race 1 was a fantastic result.
Race 2 resulted in a reverse grid P4 qualifying again.
Brilliant start saw Michael take the lead, then followed a fabulous race with positions changing every lap.
An unfortunate braking problem ment a non finish.
Well done to Michael, Terry, and the rest of the team. An impressive start to your Mighty Mini career.

Lovely MGA in today.
Fitted with a MGB engine and overdrive gearbox.
Had a Spanish DCOE 152 fitted, but after giving the customer some advise he got hold of an Italian DCOE 13.
All fitted, quick run through the tappets, ready for rolling road tune.

2 wet races today.

Qualified P3 for race 1.
Great start from Lewis to get into the lead, unfortunately couldn't hold off Newsham in the rocketship Hyundai.
Big celebrations though with a 2nd place finish. The car is now definitely on the pace.

Race 2 with reverse grid ment a P10 start.
Great pace getting up to 6th before pace car came out.
A bit of bad luck on the restart with Newsham, in 5th, slow around the final corner and entering the pits. Lewis unable to overtake until Newsham had pulled off the track
This left a 4 second gap between 4th place and Lewis in 5th.
A great drive saw the SVG Motorsport Lynk and Co finishing 5th but right on the tail of 3rd/4th podium battle.

After the Brands meeting the team/car really 'clicked' this weekend.
The biggest disappointment was the Chicken and Rib Combo at Beefeater on Saturday night.
Good company, good results, s**t weather.
