Yvan Meyer — Project Manager

Yvan manages PV and battery storage projects from client kick-off through commissioning, coordinating with clients, suppliers, subsidy processes, and project stakeholders to keep complex renewable energy projects moving.
His work reflects a key part of enshift’s model: turning technically complex energy systems into real, coordinated, buildable projects.

Outside of work, Yvan enjoys skiing, learning Mandarin, and exploring Switzerland.

Next week, Europe's business leaders gather for the Swiss Economic Forum 2026. When our Founder and CEO, Pierre Bi, takes the stage as a Swiss Economic Award finalist in the Service category, he won't just be pitching a company —he will be representing a massive structural shift in industrial decarbonization.

The thesis we are bringing to Interlaken is simple: The energy transition is not a hardware problem. It’s a system problem.

For too long, commercial and industrial projects have been crippled by fragmentation—consultants here, installers there, and isolated financing somewhere else.

We built enshift to serve as the single-source "OS of the Energy Transition". We manage the entire lifecycle of sustainable energy infrastructure—from development and simulation to 20-to-25-year financing structures and long-term operations.

Most commercial property owners ask this too late.

Solar is not just a sustainability upgrade. For commercial real estate, it can affect operating costs, tenant appeal, asset value, and long-term exposure to energy price volatility.

But whether it is “worth it” depends on the building.

The key questions are:

🏗️ What’s a project you’re proud of working on here? "A project involving PV, BESS (Battery Energy Storage Systems), and Fast DC truck charging. We provided a commercially attractive and technically feasible solution, and now we are bringing it to life!"
